Expandable storage created specifically to be able to pair with the system you are designing. If you already have an energy storage system, the BOSS Cabinet can bring auxiliary battery power to your system. Each BOSS.6 System can hold up to six PHI-3.8-M Batteries to expand your system to a total of 22.8kWh. Encased in a carbon-steel enclosure, the BOSS.6 Cabinet is NEMA 3R-rated weather-resistant housing for indoor or outdoor placement.

Briggs & Stratton's BOSS.6 carbon-steel enclosure is a weather-resistant battery bank housing and wiring solution with built-in shelving. The BOSS consolidates a PHI battery bank paired with any Briggs & Stratton-compatible Balance of System equipment and can provide additional battery capacity to a Briggs & Stratton AccESS fully integrated unit. They include terminal blocks for electrical wiring in parallel, busbar-to-terminal block battery cabling, and terminal block to inverter cabling when ordered. The BOSS.6 has been UL 9540 Certified when used with Briggs & Stratton's AccESS 12K and Sol-Ark 12K Inverters.
