Split Core CTs for Home Consumption Metering for Enphase S and IQ systems

 Includes 8' 18AWG wire.

Enphase Consumption CT, split-core current transformer, accuracy +/- 2.5% for monitoring whole-home energy consumption. Compatible with IQ Envoy (X-IQ-AM1-240) and IQ Combiner (ENV-IQ-AM1-240 M), as well as older Enphase S-Envoy systems.

Install two split-core Current Transformers (CTs) (order two CT-200-SPLIT) to provide consumption metering. Enables Home Energy Consumption and Monitoring.

For Residential Use Only.

When considering consumption monitoring, first determine if the split-core consumption CTs can be readily installed around the service conductors or busbars. If the consumption CTs cannot be easily installed on the service panel, additional electrical wiring may be required to prepare the site.

My solar company didn't include this little accessory that enables me to see my actual usage along with the solar production. It was an easy installation since my envoy box was right next to my main breakers. You need access to your two hot leads before they get to the breakers.  It's easy from there and now I can see how much energy I'm using at any time. It's actually allowed me to cut down on some unnecessary usage.
