International Orders with EcoDirect

EcoDirect.com offers global delivery of its renewable energy products. You may place an international order online by either selecting PayPal or Wire Transfer as your payment method during checkout or using International Checkout. You may also contact our sales team directly online or by phone at 888-899-3509.

EcoDirect considers an international order to be any order with a billing or shipping address outside the US.

Payment Options

Paypal

Paypal payments are accepted for orders shipping to PayPal confirmed addresses in over 180 different countries.

Wire Transfer

Wire transfer payments are accepted for orders shipping to all other locations. Please select Wire Transfer as your payment option and you will receive an email within 24 hours with our banking details so you can complete the transaction.

Paying by Wire Transfer

A Wire Transfer or Telex Transfer (TT) is an electronic payment from one bank to another.

To pay via Wire Transfer, please select "Wire Transfer" during checkout and EcoDirect will email you its banking information. Take this information to your accounts payable department or local bank to send the Wire Transfer.

To ensure your order is processed immediately, please contact us with the wire confirmation number after you make the payment.

Orders with Wire Transfer as the payment method are cancelled within 14 days if payment is not received. There is a $15 wire transfer fee added to all wire transfer orders under $1000.00.

Customs

EcoDirect will not be responsible for any import duty, import tax, customs fees or any other expenses levied upon delivery of any equipment shipped by EcoDirect to any country other than the United States of America. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver to satisfy any cost associated with said shipment.

APO and FPO

EcoDirect ships to all Military Post Office Addresses.

All packages will be sent via the U.S. Postal System. The post office requires us to hand deliver packages being sent to APO/FPO addresses so there may be a 24-48 hour delay in processing your order.

"AE", "AA" and "AP" The APO/FPO "states" of "AE", "AA", and "AP" are the only legitimate states to use for an APO/FPO addresses. It is common knowledge that you can use "NY" for "AE", "CA" for "AP", and "FL" for "AA", but you run the risk of having your credit card rejected because the billing address they have on file (with AA, AE or AP for the state) does not match what you submitted online.

Items that must be palletized (batteries, solar panels, large inverters, etc.) cannot be shipped to APO or FPO addresses.
