The prismatic arc-shaped diffuser is made of durable acrylic. Its surface contains several small prisms to help spread the light evenly. The diffuser snaps easily into the trim ring (not included). The regular diffuser spreads light evenly throughout the room, while the flat diffuser produces more of a spot light effect.
